When will I receive my order?
Here's some important information regarding shipping:
• We strive to get most orders shipped within 1 business day.
• However, bulk batting is an exception to this rule. It is shipped directly to customers from the manufacturer. As soon as I receive the approximate ship date from the manufacturer, I will send you an email. You will receive another email once the tracking number is available.
• We use either USPS or UPS, depending on which one is cheaper. If you only provide a PO box address, the order will be shipped via USPS. Regardless of the shipping method, all orders are sent with a tracking number.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
Yes! Discounts are available for whole bolt orders or case orders. Please contact me and we can chat about what you're looking for and what discounts are available!
My order did not arrive - now what?
If your order did not arrive, please contact me and I will work with you to reship another product if available.
I want to return my order.
Most of our products are eligible for a full credit refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in like-new condition. Please note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. All returned items must include a copy of the receipt, your email address, shipping address, and phone number.
Please note that some items are not eligible for return, including yardage cuts of fabric less than 1 yard, clearance items, and bulk batting. These items are final sale only.
We hope this clarifies our return policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
